How to book with Trusted Rent a Car?
You can book online through our booking form and follow the steps or visit our office in Larnaca city centre.

How do I pay for my car?
You can pay online by credit or debit card or Visit our office in city centre . Also you can pay by card or cash on delivery.
Can anyone else drive the car?
Yes as long as their age is between 25 to 70 years old and have valid driving licence.
They must have held a driving licence for 5 years.
Is There An Age Limit To Rent A Car?
Yes minimum 25 years and maximum 70 years old provided you have a valid driving licence and must have held a driving licence for 5 years.
What is included in the rental price?
All prices are inclusive of VAT, insurance with excess, unlimited mileage.
What documents do I need to rent a car?
You will need a full valid driving licence and a passport or ID card, and a credit or debit card.
What type of driving licence do I need to hire a car?
All EU citizens can use their European driving licence, while non European citizens will need an International Driving Licence and their Country licence.
Is There Any Surplus Charge For Extra Drivers?
Yes it is 3 euros per day for one extra driver and should be agreed by the office at the time of rental.
What Is The Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel your booking 24 hours before your pickup date and time and get a full refund. No refund will be given for cancellation less than 24 hours.
What happens if I return the car late?
A charge will apply if the car is returned late. This will be agreed by the office.
Can cars be drop or collected from my local hotel?
Yes we can drop and collect the vehicle from any Hotels in Laranca town centre only.
What Insurance Options Are Available?
All our cars have insurance cover with excess. No Deposit. You can buy a PREMIUM PROTECTION PLAN to reduce the excess
What is the fuel policy?
You need to bring the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when received.
What happens if I have a breakdown?
You need to call the Trusted Rent a car office on 00 357 24727340 and follow the information in the welcome pack.
Am I allowed to drive anywhere in Cyprus?
You cannot drive to the Northern occupied Turkish area of Cyprus as this will void the Insurance and you will be fully liable for all damages to the vehicle.
You cannot drive to Akamas with the rental vehicle due to unstable road.
What happens in case of an accident?
You need to leave the vehicle in position and call the Police on 199/112 and follow the information in the welcome pack.. Failure to do that renders the insurance null and void. You should notify Trusted Rent a car immediately as well.
